Snow Removal
Snow removal is the Association’s biggest expense. At least fifty percent (50%) of the expected year’s paid membership contributions is reserved for snow removal (including sanding and salting). TriWoods Civic Association participates in the Delaware State Snow Removal Reimbursement Program.

Community Watch Patrol
For almost 5 years, the TriWoods Community Watch Patrol has been helping to keep our community safe. This program has been praised by members of The Newcastle County Police Department as well as our elected officials. We need a lead coordinator and more team members to keep this important program moving forward. BECOME A TEAM MEMBER TODAY!
Community Yard Sales
Each year we schedule a community wide yard sale which helps our residents add a little extra to the piggy bank while also taking advantage of a chance to dig into those cluttered garages, sheds and basements. The association pays for advertising to promote this activity. CLEAR THAT CLUTTER!
New Residents Welcome Kit
New residents to our community receive a warm welcome from our welcome committee chair, Ms. Marielle Shank , a kit of essentials to help you settle in which includes; a welcome card, a welcome letter from our civic association president, our association Welcome Book, a civic association membership form and a $25.00 Wawa gift card. WELCOME TO TRIWOODS!
Community Park Events
Hot dogs, ice cream, kiddie rides, games, music, face painting, clowns, fire engines and elegant mounted police horses are just some of the things that you can experience during our annual community events held in our beautiful county park. MEET US IN THE PARK!
