Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Membership Kick Off
Saturday, September 6 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
in the park!
Dear TriWoods Homeowners/Residents,
Your TriWoods Civic Association Board is looking forward to seeing you on Saturday, September 6th for our yearly membership kickoff. Like previous years, when you pay your dues* on this day, you receive a $5.00 Wawa gift card as a thank you for participating in our kickoff*. If you can’t make it to our kickoff on the 6th, you are more than welcome to pay your dues at our General meeting on Tuesday, September 16th at Christiana High School and get your gift card at that time.

**The gift card applies to the first 50 homeowners who pay their dues at either the kickoff or at our general meeting)

Everyone is encouraged to attend our first General Meeting of fiscal year 2025-2026 on Tuesday, September 16th, 2025 at Christiana High School at 7:00 pm in the main cafeteria.

➢ Offer your solutions
A key agenda item for our September meeting will be talking to our elected officials about the property, sewer, and school taxes increase. The results of the May election will be announced. And we will hear more on the snow removal expenses. ​

Tri-Woods Fall Community Yard Sale
Saturday, September 27, 8:00 am–4:00 pm
(rain or shine)
We will be advertising in the local paper, Craigslist, FB, Nextdoor, etc. We will have signs along at both entranceways and in the neighborhood early enough to remind everyone.
